'ORGRANICS' ? - No, it's not a
spelling mistake, it's a name that evolved as a result of the
strong bond between the founder of the company - me, Olga May Jones
- and my Granddaughter, Kirsty.
Kirsty has always called me her
"Orgranny", due to my love of all foods organic - so, when I
retired and decided to start the business, the name just came
naturally - I'm the 'Gran' in 'ORGRANICS' - Thank you

I am a retired schoolteacher who came
home to Wales in 2008 after too many years away.
A self confessed 'Organic Foodie', I
decided that south Wales needed someone who could produce good,
honest and tasty, mainly organic*, food using primarily locally
sourced ingredients, and make it available at sensible prices -
thus was born the idea of 'ORGRANICS'
Operating since May 2009,
'ORGRANICS' continues to go from strength to strength.
Originally only available at Local Produce Markets [see list and
market dates] my flans, salads and savouries are now being taken up
by other local outlets and are being requested for functions and
parties etc...
I attempt to use as much local, organic*, produce as possible - but
the vagaries of supply and the demands of some of the recipes mean
that this is not always achievable.
All foods are freshly prepared in my own kitchen, with absolutely
no additives or processed foods.
*NB: All cheese used is Colliers Welsh
Cheddar - a very strong, creamy cheddar.
All Chocolate used in the bars is Fair Trade containing 74% cocoa
solids - a rich, smooth dark chocolate.
The weekly menus may vary and
alternative products may be offered, according to availability and
season, but the quality remains constant!
